HOW: Specific requests should be send to the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Office for Relations with the Public,
using the online Information Request Form
WHEN: you will receive a response within 30 working days after receipt.
Online documents:
Documents related to development cooperation produced by DGCS, especially calls for proposals and procurement notices, publications and reports on Italian Development Cooperation’s activities, can be found in the section “Documentation”.
Access to administrative documents:
According to Italian laws and regulations (L. 241/1990, DPR 186/2004, DM 604/1994), you can ask for information and obtain copies of Dgcs administrative acts by specifying terms of reference and the reason of your interest.
HOW: The request can be send directly to the competent Office, by filling out the "modello di accesso formale" (pdf), or to the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Office for Relations with the Public, through the Information Request Form
WHEN: you will receive a response within 30 working days after receipt.
In case of denial you can appeal to the Italian Government’s Commission for Access, which will reply within 30 working days.
Access to administrative documents is excluded in cases contemplated by art. 24 of Law n. 2014/1990 and Ministry Decree n. 604 of 7.09.1004, such as for documents related to security, national defence and sovereignty, correctness and stability of International Relations, monetary policy and privacy of natural or legal persons, groups, firms or associations
